Josie Lowder has spent the majority of her life sharing her talents with our world.
I am ashamed to say, but outside of live shows we had never officially met.
Her artistic talents inspired this episode, but now I am more inspired by her honesty, and bravery.
I have always been transparent about my own challenges and I will be forever grateful for Josie being so open as well.
